Castro Valley High Solar Power Project
May 31, 2012Pictured is a job at Castro Valley High where another company tried to do utility locating by purchasing their own GPR system. The contractor found out the job was botched by hitting water and gas mains. Digital Concrete was hired to clean up the mess and provide an accurate scan of the location, putting the project back on track. Nothing beats experience and expertise.

May 9, 2012We can verify slab thickness and determine the depth of material cover on reinforcement. GPR technology uses high frequency electromagnetic waves. The wavelength is typically between 400 – 1500 MHz. These reflected waves are then detected by the radar equipment and allow us to determine the locations of objects within the concrete.
